SHIPPING AND TRACKING

All orders from Indie Nicole are shipped via UPS or USPS, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that Indie Nicole is not responsible for any delays, losses, or thefts that occur once your package has been handed over to the courier. All packages are insured through UPS or USPS to provide additional protection during transit.

Once your package has been shipped in accordance with our stated processing and production timelines, any issues related to delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen items must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that are marked as delivered but are reported missing.

We encourage you to track your package using the provided tracking number and to ensure a safe and secure delivery location.

 

RETURN POLICY
Please note that all items from our collection are FINAL SALE. There are no refunds or exchanges. When you place an order you cannot cancel the order for any reason.

 

RUSH ORDERS

If you need your order to arrive sooner for a birthday, special event, vacation, gift, or any other reason, we’re happy to help whenever possible.

We’ll respond with available expedited shipping options and associated costs so you can decide what works best for your timeline.

Please note: Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited or rush shipping.


Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order from Indie Nicole. Our pre-order system allows you to reserve exclusive styles before they officially launch. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

1. Payment

All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. This secures your item and ensures it’s reserved just for you. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

2. Estimated Shipping Date

The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item will be clearly stated on the product page.
For current pre-orders, the anticipated ship date is September 20, 2025.

Please note: this is an estimated date. While we do our best to meet this timeline, production or shipping delays may occur. We will notify you via email if any significant changes arise.

3. Shipping & Tracking

Once your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are shipped in the order they were received.

4. Final Sale

All pre-orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or refunds. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

5. Order Changes

Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to modify the order details, including color, size, or shipping address. Please contact us immediately after ordering if changes are needed—we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been processed.

Custom Order Production Time 

Please keep in mind that custom order in the Indie Nicole Collection are NOT mass produced.  Due to the intricate details of our products, our items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks or less (12-16  business days) for production/lead time and your item will ship. 1-2 weeks for mask, luggage tags and passport covers. Your item will be ship after production based on the option you chose at checkout.

You can make changes to the order within 24 hours. Changes that are required, or requested, after placing an order, will increase the production time. Any changes must be emailed to info@shopindienicole.com. Please include your NAME (First, Last) & ORDER CHANGE in the subject line. If 24 hours has passed, NO changes can be made.
