PRODUCTION TIME

Please keep in mind that products in the Indie Nicole Collection are NOT mass produced.  Due to the intricate details of our products, our items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks or less (12-16  business days) for production/lead time and your item will ship. 1-2 weeks for mask, luggage tags and passport covers. Your item will be ship after production, based on the option you chose at checkout.

You can make changes to your order within 24 hours. Changes that are required, or requested, after placing an order, will increase the production time. Any changes must be emailed to info@shopindienicole.com. Please include your NAME (First, Last) & ORDER CHANGE in the subject line. If 24 hours has passed, NO changes can be made.

If you need the PRODUCTION TIME to be faster for birthday, event, vacation, gift, or just because, please contact us immediately via email prior to ordering info@ShopIndieNicole.com 

RETURN POLICY
Please note that all items from our collection are FINAL SALE. There are no refunds or exchanges. When you place an order you cannot cancel the order for any reason.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING
All travel bags and accessories are shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email when your purchase ships. We are not responsible for packages once we ship; we insure all of our packages via UPS or USPS. With this said, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to the courier. If we ship the package in time for it to make it to you according to our shipping policy timeline and it does not make it due to the courier, we are not responsible. This becomes an issue with the courier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to the courier or stolen from your residence after it is delivered.
